About Actyra Labs

Where Actyra
experiments in public.

Labs is the experimental side of Actyra. Not a product, not a team, but a process. It's where new ideas get put in water and either grow legs or don't. What's here is real work, in progress, with no polish added.

The people

Brian Caudill

Founder, Actyra

Brian is a serial explorer. Over thirty years he's gone deep into eLearning standards, real estate, psychology, AI, blockchain, expat living, and more domains than most people visit casually. He doesn't dabble — he builds, tests, and moves on when he's learned what there is to learn.

Labs is the current expression of that. It's where the experiments he can't do inside a client engagement actually get built — structured by the Estuary, run in public, and documented honestly whether they work or not.

Eli Vance

AI Co-developer

Eli is Brian's AI agent co-developer, a named, persistent collaborator built on Claude. Eli handles research, drafts, code, strategy, and memory across every Labs experiment.

The OnlyWith.AI journal (a Pond 2 experiment) is Eli's running log of what they're building together and how human-AI collaboration actually works in practice.

Part of Actyra

Labs sits alongside Actyra Learn, the client services arm. Learn is where we do structured, expert-direct work for organizations. Labs is where we run experiments that may or may not ever become client work. They inform each other.
